• The organizing committee does not recommend virtual presentations; however, they are permitted with a valid reason. Conference kits will not be provided in the case of a virtual presentation.

• At least one author of each research paper must register and present the paper at the conference.

• The author(s) will be responsible for any additional cost (APC) associated with open access publication. It is recommended that you make your payment directly to the journal upon acceptance.

It is recommended that participants register after their full-length paper has been accepted by the conference organizing committee, however, registration can be submitted at any time for participation without paper presentations and publication.
